PASSION

I love to communicate through written discourse and oral presentation. I am an author/poet that story-tells my 30+ years upon the streets and havens of my neighborhoods.

I must be what I preach. I am creator of Piefacekeepsakes TM. Piefacekeepsakes is the "Art of being held".

Personal objective:         

To promote growth , awareness and necessity of social change in the community for women.

Emphasis of change agent: 

To develop and provide educational, financial and transitional housing programming for women in need. Expanding the scope of available resources and services to and for women.

Background and experience: 

Associates of Applied Science in Social Services, Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.

25 years+ in the social services field. 18 years - licensed Social worker- State of Ohio. Work experience with various populations, not limited to but including:  Victims of Domestic Violence, Seniors, Developmentally Disabled, Socio Economically Challenged, SUD and Mental Health.

PERSONAL MISSION: is to assist women through their emotions when they are experiencing grief, loss, mourning, and death.

CHANGE AGENT: What needs to be changed in the community ? To stop being afraid of success.

PASSION: Whatever you do, do it unto the Lord.

CREATIVITY

Gardening, Amateur landscaper, traveling, loves a book that hold my interest and cooking.

My personal mission is to use my talents, skills and creativity to encourage and inspire others.  I choose to have compassion…to value others and to live selflessly!

I believe that good intentions do not produce change.  There must be physical actions behind wanting to see a positive change in the community, environment, and the world.

My passion is to serve others through acts of hospitality and through giving back.

Works

In 2018, I will again be traveling to the country of Haiti to help serve in the form of missions, and to distribute essential supplies to the people.  I will also cater to the needs of those people living in the Appalachians District of West Virginia.

Associations

I am a current Board Member with the Potter’s House Church of God Ladies Ministry and am the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Secret Place Ministries. I have had an active role in the formation of EHOMI since 2011.

Personal Declaration

I believe in living a joyful audacious life.  The road may get rough and my future is uncertain but I will not sit by and do nothing.

I am passionate about the culinary service industry.  I love that my choice in professions expects my creativity to shine through every preparation and meal course.  It troubles me when hospitality is not executed with precision; therefore, it is my honor and privilege to show my art on the table as well as greeting my customers with a smile.

I was born to burn!  I AM FIERCE IN THE KITCHEN.  My professional experience is well defined and fine-tuned within the greater Columbus area.  Once graduating from Columbus Culinary Institute at Bradford Schools in 2011, I have been on the fast track of establishing myself in food prep, sales and management in the food industry.  You have seen my face and my food in establishments such as North Market. I have catered for Aladdin Shrine and have had experienced dietary measures within hospital settings in Columbus Ohio.

Creativity

I believe my passion for the food industry was formed in my mother’s womb.  At a very young age, my talent was noticed then nurtured to a skill. I have a competitive nature too.  To give the best possible service…I cater to my customers. Just ask Esther’s House OMI. I have assisted in the formative creation of EHOMI and took my place at the head of the table in the aspect of hospitality. As we seek to provide services to build our neighborhoods and communities, I am the “Food” in the provision of food, warmth and shelter.

My strongest spiritual gift is to teach. Formulating and networking community projects is how I can help my community. I am a foodie with a traveler’s heart.

Dedicated to the growth of the game of lacrosse in underserved communities worldwide.

Change Agent

Through the vehicle of mutual respect, positive community involvement, and practical discourse my goal is to foster personal worth and security into youth by teaching the HIStory and life lessons the sport of lacrosse conveys.

Defining Moments

At the bottom of the ocean in Davey Jones’s locker, I realized my talents were better served outside of the whale and doing what I was called to do.. RAISE AN ARMY!

Passion

Sharing the game and growing the game by creating a climate of mutual respect and no nonsense attitude fortified with simple solutions for the game (of life). I excel at teaching a man to fish and instilling in him the ability to think while he is staring his adversary directly in his face. Enabling developing warriors the ability anticipate their aggressor’s next moves and to maintain their field of vision down field to parry the enemies advances.

We must walk it like we talk it. When it gets tough we ask for The Creator’s strength to carry us through from this battle to the next. Until that day when we all get to that eternal lacrosse game and communal feast.

Administration is where my talents lie. I am very goal oriented, strong leader, and fighter for whats right.
